One memorable meal at Kitchen 218 often leaves our guests resolute to not stray from the restaurant until departure, but we do encourage you to experience dining at our Collection of Turks and Caicos restaurants.
The Collection consists of three Turks and Caicos resorts – Alexandra Resort, Beach House Turks and Caicos, and Blue Haven Resort. We represent three unique beachfront resorts, three distinct experiences and one extraordinary service philosophy.
We offer a free dining shuttle for Beach House guests to dine at our sister properties. Kindly contact our Guest Services Agents at the reception centre to assist you in making dining and shuttle reservations.
At Alexandra Resort you’ll find Asú on the Beach [a:su?h]. The name means "sunset" in Taino language and it pays tribute to this native Caribbean Indian tribe that lived in Turks and Caicos centuries ago.
The wide al fresco terrace at Asú on the Beach overlooks Grace Bay Beach and the vibrant sunsets that continue to captivate visitors no matter how often they see them.
Asú features a casual dining experience with a relaxed atmosphere. The menu presents popular dishes from all over the world with an emphasis on simplicity, great flavors and generous portion sizes. In addition, a fresh food bar serves fresh seafood and mainly cold dishes throughout the day. Asú is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Blue Haven Resort is located approximately a 15 minute drive from Beach House, in the quiet community of Leeward. This waterfront Turks and Caicos resort has two restaurants; the contemporary waterfront dining venue, Fire & Ice Restaurant; and Salt Bar & Grill, a casual eatery just steps away from the resort’s stunning IGY Marina.
Start your visit to Fire & Ice with an appertif on the pier by a firepit. You’ll marvel at the clear turquoise water surrounding the pier and if you visit when there is a full moon…well, we don’t want to spoil the surprise but you’ll love what you see. Then head to dinner at the open-air Fire & Ice where the attentive staff and the refreshing trade winds, not to mention the delicious food, will provide you with a delightful evening. End your evening with a nightcap at the bar, or meander down the pathway to Salt Bar & Grill.
Salt provides the perfect spot for a casual lunch, late afternoon tapas, or a relaxing yet tasty dinner with friends. Ask about Salt’s popular daily happy hour and mouth-watering burgers. If you want some company to watch a major sporting event on the big screen, or enjoy the opportunity to play pool under the stars, Salt is a place like no other on Providenciales.
And don’t miss the Market at Blue Haven, the upscale grocery store and café at this four star Turks and Caicos resort. Purchase groceries that you can enjoy in the comfort of your Beach House suite, and then relax on the picturesque terrace by the canal with an expertly made beverage from the café. Grab 'n' go breakfast and lunch items, and tropical resort wear and gift items are also sold at Market.
