The Turks & Caicos dining scene has been introduced to a new interpretation of culinary excellence with Kitchen 218.
In keeping with the boutique hotel accommodations experience offered at Beach House, the restaurant’s décor exhibits encourages gracious service, a tranquil dining environment and a beach casual-chic atmosphere.
The open air dining terrace is located next to the picturesque swimming pool area landscaped with tropical gardens.
The dinner menu always promises a selection of locally caught seafood, prime quality meats and beautifully presented entrees that blur the line between art and function, and always treat the taste buds. Chef's specialty is the huge range of seafood, in particular highlights are the various ceviches, such as the Lionfish Ceviche which is exclusive to Kitchen 218 in Turks and Caicos. The Beach House paella is a proven popular choice, and do try and make room for Chef's signature dessert - the Sticky Toffee Pudding.
