The Turks & Caicos dining scene has been introduced to a new interpretation of culinary excellence with Kitchen 218.
In keeping with the boutique hotel accommodation experience offered at Beach House, the restaurant’s décor exhibits encourages gracious service, a tranquil dining environment and a beach casual-chic atmosphere. The open air dining terrace is located next to the picturesque swimming pool area landscaped with tropical gardens.
The dinner menu always promises a selection of locally caught seafood, prime quality meats and beautifully presented entrees that blur the line between art and function, and always treat the taste buds. Chef's specialty seafood dishes are the highlights, in particular, the various ceviches, such as the Lionfish Ceviche, exclusive to Kitchen 218 in Turks and Caicos, and the Beach House Paella. Oh - and do make room for Chef's signature dessert - the Sticky Toffee Pudding!
